Work with the development team to enhance the CRM System by documenting, understanding, and testing the requested enhancements. Provide application support in conjunction with the support staff Help manage enhancements for the CRM system and supporting internet site Manage production releases by coordinating testing, signoff, and application deployment Manage, monitor and coordinate CRM Project Priorities between various business groups
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Knowledge of Asset Management industry with an emphasis on CRM to support institutional sales and client service.
