Work with the New Business Development department to document requirements
and priorities for the CRM System.
Work with the development team to enhance the CRM System by documenting,
understanding, and testing the requested enhancements.
Provide application support in conjunction with the support staff
Help manage enhancements for the CRM system and supporting internet site
Manage production releases by coordinating testing, signoff, and application
deployment
Manage, monitor and coordinate CRM Project Priorities between various
business groups

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Knowledge of Asset Management industry with an emphasis on CRM to support
institutional sales and client service.
Specific experience includes system support and development for sales
prospecting, opportunity management, account opening, client service
support, and client reporting
Experience writing business requirements documents and working with a
development team to deliver enhancements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Release
Management
