Oracle Functional Resource- TeleSales. Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 6 months Rate: $60/hr Looking for people who have worked in live call centers and then learning Oracle software. NOT Looking for programmers who learned the functional specifications or Techno-functional people. Please do not submit techno-functional candidates! PLEASE READ: The manager is looking for someone with a business background- someone who has the knowledge of industry practices, ability to be a business SME. They want someone who is a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER and who will be able to be client-facing and can present training. They must also have the Oracle Marketing or Oracle Tele Sales background mentioned in the requirement. NO TECHNOFUNCTIONAL people, NO one who has not worked for a number of years in business before changing to Oracle, will be considered. Full lifecycle 11i implementation experience with Oracle TeleSales (not Siebel). Documentation experience using Oracle AIM for all stages of implementation. Experience gathering sales software business requirements. Experience FUNCTIONAL configuration of Oracle TeleSales module to: • Maintain customer and contact information • View of business activities across operating units • Lead and opportunity management • Quote and order management • Forecast management • Event registration • Collateral fulfillment • Computer telephony integration • In-bound and out-bound calling • Centralized access to work queues • Work management tools that streamline sales tasks. Create, execute and guide user community through test scripts. Create materials and conduct training classes for end users. Provide production support for warranty period after go-live.
