YouTube bans terrorism training videos.

Terrorist training videos will be banned from appearing on YouTube, 
under revised new guidelines being implemented by the popular 
video-sharing site.

The Google-owned portal will ban footage that advertises terrorism or 
extremist causes and supporters of the change hope it will blunt 
al-Qaeda's strong media online campaign.

The move comes after pressure on the internet search engine from 
Connecticut Senator Joseph Lieberman.

In addition to the ban on terror training videos, the new YouTube 
guidelines includes bans on videos that incite others to commit violent 
acts, videos on how to make bombs, and footage of sniper attacks.

The internet has become a powerful tool for terrorism recruitment. What 
was once conducted at secret training camps in Afghanistan is now 
available to anyone, anywhere because of the th a formal Systems Development Methodology

conversion and implementation activities on an IBM I-series platform for
projects within Distribution Services.

· Responsible for analyzing Functional Requirements, preparing external and
internal design documents, preparing detail program specifications, all
within the approved guidelines for the System Development Life Cycle.

· Act as a trouble shooter and system expert for a variety of systems
problems.

· Provide technical guidance, assistance and training to other members of
the technical staff.

*Experience Required:*

· Strong background in software development and maintenance.

· Technical skills required are RPG/IV, ILE, DB2/400, SQL, WDSc, MQ Series

· Must have significant experience in Software Engineering, Requirements
Definition, database design and the design of test scenarios.

· Must be knowledgeable in the full System Development Life Cycle.

· Prior experience with Supply Chain Systems is a plus.

· EDI experience is a plus.

*Unix Scripter*

*Rate: $45/hr*

Provide UNIX programming skills to modify existing FTP processes to use
secure FTP (SSH & SSL).  Create UNIX programs to convert the existing World
Writable UNIX files and folders to be compliant with Phase 3 Security
guidelines.  Besides UNIX, PERL scripting, exposure to Oracle DB, and system
testing will be highly desirable.



*POSITION-4:*

*Iseries Systems Developer*

*Rate: $45/hr*

*Candidates MUST Have Secure FTP experience. They will be generating
security keys and modifying batch FTP files. Will also be using SSH
protocol. *

*iSeries Contract:*

Provide iSeries programming support to convert interface processes to be
compliant with Phase 3 Security guidelines.  This support will include
programming enhancements to add FTP using QSH, SSL, SSH, and PGP.  This
person will work closely with other technical teams configuring the exchange
of security keys.  There will also be database changes to encrypt and
decrypt table columns.



*POSITION-5:*

*C++ Developer*

*Rate: $45/hr*

*Responsibilities:*

· Act in a technical capacity to complete assigned programming, testing
conversion and implementation activities on a Windows NT/2000 platform for
projects within Distribution Services.

· Responsible for analyzing Functional Requirements, preparing external and
internal design documents, Client server architecture, preparing detail
program specifications, all within the approved guidelines for the System
Development Life Cycle.

· Support client (Distribution Services) in planning for setting up an
infrastructure to maintain an application, i.e. three additional releases,
defining a release management process, establishing a change control process
and setting up the test environment.

· Act as a trouble shooter and system expert for a variety of systems
problems.

· Provide technical guidance, assistance and training to other members of
the technical staff.

*Requirements:*

· Senior Developer with some level of Project Architecture experience.

· Willingness to help with any short term fixes

· Experience leading a small team of developers

· Strong background with software development and maintenance.

· Technical skills required are Microsoft VB, C, C++, C# and SQL Server on
the Windows NT/2000 Platform.  Exposure to Perl and PHP is also helpful.

· Must have significant experience in Software Engineering, Requirements
Definition, Client server architecture, database design and the design of
test scenarios.

· Must be knowledgeable in the full System Development Life Cycle.

· Prior experience with Retail Supply Chain systems is a definite plus.

· This is a potential contract to direct hire opportunity.
