The Conversion Engineer will work with each line of business in the new organization to determine its *Business Application Requirements*, manage all of the applications within that set of requirements through data gathering, packaging, testing, delivery scheduling, software distribution and Day 1 Support . Document all requirements of the Business and each application using the *Commerce DDADl department wants PS Stock Admin to be in place so they do not have to calculate payroll taxes manually.
