Minimum of 3 years experience as a SharePoint technical lead and architect on enterprise initiatives. 2. In depth experience in collaboration, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management, and business process improvements. 3. Ability to evaluate, select, and articulate MOSS 2007 product strategies including integration of MOSS with other business data systems. 4. Thorough understanding of the architecture of MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0), and InfoPath Forms Services. 5. Experience creating features, solution packages, sites, workflows, activities, dashboards, BDC connections, and Web parts for MOSS 2007. 6. Advanced knowledge of workflow implementation within MOSS 2007, WSS 3.0, Visual Studio, Designer, and InfoPath. 7. Extensive experience with ASP.NET and C# development including a thorough understanding of the ASP.NET 2.0 object model. 8. Experience with the SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio development environments. 9. Experience with Java script, DHTML, XML,AJAX, and CSS coding. 10. Proven ability to understand a customer*s needs and develop technical solutions based on business imperatives. 11.
