*HI All, Please let me know if you have any one for below position.* *Job Title : QA Analyst Location : Okemos, MI Duration : 6 Months * * LOCAL NEEDED!!!MAX$40/Hr!!!* * Responsibilities: Test software applications both manually and with test automation tools; Create and maintain test plans and manual test scripts; Create and maintain automated tests with tools such as Apache JMeter and Badboy; Perform all manner of software testing, including functional, regression, compatibility, usability, security, and load testing; Determine testing scope and report on quality throughout entire product development life cycle; Coordinate testing efforts with development teams and other quality stakeholders; Report and track software defects, including determining severity; Create and maintain test data and environments; and Define new and improve existing quality assurance processes, methodologies, and metrics, with an attitude of constant improvement Deep-seated desire for quality and high level of detail orientation; Solid understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies; Solid verbal and written communication skills; Quick learner and goal-oriented; Strong personal sense of initiative, perseverance, curiosity, and critical thinking; Comfortable working with an agile methodology; Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. Good attitude and sense of humor. Insurance or financial industry background is a plus. 5+ years of QA experience*
