Gather and interpret requirements to establish business rules, testing and training requirements. Support development of a clear business value proposition. Support the product manager in the daily activities and operation of product lines, projects and customer interactions. Conduct market research and business intelligence analysis around new product lines and profitable opportunities. Analyze and assess data usage and product performance for maintenance prioritization and compliance with service level agreements. Collaborate on product launch plans and servicing requirements.
