a. WebSphere Message Broker 6.1 and be able to handle this software very well! This is in the original requirement. b. ESB which is Enterprise Service Bus which allows connectivity to Web Services and JMS Messaging. This was not defined in the original requirement Overall deliverables: 1. Provide project oversight and management for the implementation of healthcare B2B integration solutions as part of the overall eCommerce initiative. 2. Responsible for full lifecycle project management and must be able to effectively communicate and work with development team members, business users and third party vendors. 3. Work closely with management and architect teams to provide oversight for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to meet business and compliance requirements. Required Experience functional and technical experience: 1. 3+ years of demonstrated success in working with cross-functional development teams. 2. 3+ years of demonstrated success in capacity management and performance tuning of IBM/SUN/TIBCO EAI solutions. 3. 3+ years of demonstrated full lifecycle development success with IBM software and hardware including MQ Series; SUN SOLARIS Operating System and TIBCO Middleware. 4. At least 2 – 3 EAI projects with at least 1 project utilizing IBM hardware and software, SUN SOLARIS OS and TIBCO Installation exp with enterprise wide. 5. Demonstrated experience on software development projects for a minimum of 2 years incorporating Java Messaging Service (JMS), UNIX application design and administration, XML interfaces, PERL scripting, and SQL database interface development. 6. Familiarity with quality software development life-cycle methodology. A stronger candidate will have experience with the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements development and design through to testing and post go-live production support, all on the same system/project. 7. Hands-only experience with integration and interface development, particularly using the IBM MessageBroker, IBM Trading Partner Gateway, and EDIFECS is a plus. However, other similar experience would be considered. 8. Strong knowledge (3+ years) with ASC X12 Healthcare Transactions 9. Strong knowledge (3+ years) with EDI regulatory requirements (HIPAA) 10. 3+ years of developing architecture for following development environment : Monk, Java, Oracle, JMS, MQ Series, CICS and web service development experience. 11. 3+ years of proficiency with the following development languages and tools: JMS, XML (XSD Schema), Web Services, Java, Web Servers, Integration Servers, Adaptors. 12. Excellent written and verbal communication is required. 13. Familiarity with network communications technology a plus 14.
