This candidate should be an energetic and a well-rounded Unix Systems Administrator with proven technical experience and sheer enthusiasm to be able to support client's site and suite of services in a 24/7, dynamic and fast-paced growing E-commerce production environment. As a Sr. NOC SA you will be leading working with the SA's on your shift to efficiently work the problem ticket queue; responding to technical escalations as well as escalating out as necessary; and coaching and mentoring the shift SA staff. Seeking operational efficiency one shift at a time and one problem at a time is the winning approach to this position.
