True Job Description including soft skills:

 

Expertise in Oracle Application (ERP) security environment and nuances which
have to be considered for configuring workflows 

 

. Expertise in SAP Governance Risk & Compliance product suite [Risk Analysis
& remediation (RAR) and Compliant User Provisioning (CUP)] 

 

. Configuration of CUP in an Oracle ERP environment, including but not
limited to: 

 

o Basic configuration parameters and post installation setup 

 

o Workflow (Initiators, Paths, Stages) 

 

o Role Importing & configuration 

 

o Validation and testing of CUP features including Oracle RTA 

 

o Integration with RAR 

 

. Best practices and implementation strategies for CUP, given Unisys's
global Oracle footprint and potential re-engineering of provisioning
processes 

 

. Provide business, end-user and technical training on using CUP 

 

. Participate in workshops with business owners, IT and other stakeholders
to define configuration workflow and define impact across provisioning work
paths 

 

. Work with SAP using the standard process to report product issues and
manage cases 

 

. Keep Unisys informed of CUP features, gaps and up-to-date knowledge of
SAP's progress on product development

 

 

Education and experience:

 

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge 

 

. Hands on experience with SAP GRC Access Controls and Oracle ERP products
relating to regulatory compliance 

 

. Knowledge of user provisioning processes with focus on controls and
leading practices perspectives gained from multiple client implementations 

 

. SAP GRC CUP features, gaps and up-to-date knowledge of SAP's progress on
product development 

 

. Deep understanding of segregation of duties violations and regulatory
compliance 

 

. Business process knowledge to suggest remediation and mitigation practices
as by-products of the CUP implementation 

 

. Configuration of CUP in an Oracle ERP environment, including but not
limited to: 

 

o Role Importing 

 

o Validation and testing of CUP Oracle RTA 

 

o Workflow (Initiators, Paths, Stages)
