Sr SAP HR Benefits Consultant with Hewitt Interface

Preferred Skills/Experience:
* 5 * 7 years experience in the design and configuration of Benefits module
and the following:
o Cross functional integration
o Detailed design of functional requirements for interface extraction and
uploads
o Technical design certification of requirements for interface extractions
and uploads
o Unit test development
o Integrated test definition and execution management
* Experience with Hewitt Interfaces a plus
* SAP 2004 or higher preferred
* Conversion experience
* 3 * 5 years experience implementing ESS/MSS
* 2 * 4 years experience with integration to BW
* 4 * 6 years experience with the use of standard integration as well as the
design and implementation of custom integration points
* 2 * 4 years experience with the design and implementation of user exits
* 2 * 4 years experience with the design and implementation of mass change
processes
* 2 - 6 years experience with the design and implementation of interfaces
* 1 - 5 years experience with the design and implementation of custom
reports both out of SAP and the BW solution of SAP
* 2 - 3 years experience with Mercury Quality Center
* A minimum of 2 * 3 full SAP lifecycle implementations
* 1 * 2 global implementations preferred
* 3 * 5 years experience in using ASAP Methodology for delivery
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 2 * 4 years experience in compliance reporting for more than 1 country
* Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of
3 countries)

Pluses:
* Experience with Hewitt Interfaces a plus
