*Primary Location: New York, NY*
*The Challenge:*
*Need SAP ABAP Developer to provide technical development and support for
the SAP HR system. This position will also be responsible for developing and
maintaining existing and new interfaces, dialog transactions, reports and
enhancements to the R3 system.*

*Duties and Responsibilities:** *
*·** **Analyzes/defines business requirements and proposes business
solutions.*
*·** **Communicate regularly with manager and team lead: the status
of active projects, open issues, and decisions that need to be made.*
- *Provides on-call support and problem resolution to processing and
programming issues. *
- *Analyzes, designs, develops, maintains, tests and documents SAP HR
ABAP programs. *
- *Maintains proficiency in technology and tools to enhance productivity
and quality of system development.
*
*Essential Skills and Requirements:** *
*·** **Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required*
*·** **Knowledge and experience with SAP ABAP HR.*
*·** ** **4+ years of SAP R/3 ABAP programming experience, with full
cycle implementation and upgrade experience. *
*·** **Proficiency and expertise in programming using ABAP objects in
developing interactive reports, dialog transactions, enhancements,
interfaces and conversions as required by business. *
*·** **Ensures smooth integration and/or rollout of systems into the
operational environment by coordinating closely with the affected functional
and technical teams.*
*·** **Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP development
tools and technologies such as ABAP Work Bench, User-exits ,Interfaces,
IDOC, BAPI's, BADI's, Sapscript, Smartforms, CMOD/SMOD, Function Modules,
RFC, ALE, Class and Methods*
