Hi All Good Day Please find the requirement below …… *Note: This is our Preferred Vendor Requirement* *Duration: 6 months plus* *Location: Atlanta/TX* *Rate: Quote your Best Rate/Hr* *Please send only 8 Plus yrs of exp consultants only.* In this role you will be working with a project team that is a mix of consulting firm resources and our personnel. You are responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and documenting Oracle E-Business Suite technical stack in compliance with the Oracle recommended best practices, client requirements and the project standards. The *Oracle E-Business DBA* is responsible for all aspects of the E-Business technology components including databases, applications servers and reporting tools. *Responsibilities include:* Infrastructure Architecture – develop, document and make recommendations for systems architecture including sizing, security, patching, availability and connectivity. Maintenance – Assessing the risks and making recommendations regarding Oracle Applications patches and upgrades. Performing backups, clones and restores. Development and testing support – Define and implement migration strategy. Guide project technical team in developing tuned code and in migration process. Linux – Unbreakable Linux guru – at least 5+ years experience. 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Applications system architect. 7+ years of experience as an Oracle E-Business suite DBA Experience in installing, configuring, patching, cloning and managing Oracle E-Business suite versions 11.5.3 and greater on single and multi-tier environments. R12 experience is preferred. Experience in configuring Oracle Database server, Oracle Applications Server, Oracle Discoverer and OBIEE. Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining the E-Business suite on the Linux platforms Install, configure and troubleshoot the E-Business technical stack on EMC or similar SAN environment. Knowledge configuring Oracle E-Business suite in Oracle RAC and/or Oracle Grid environment. Working with Oracle Metalink and Oracle Support to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven skills as a team member, team lead, or as a Project Manager on at least two full life-cycle implementations.
