Position .Net Developer Location: MA Duration: 3 To 6 Months Requirements Temporary .NET developer to support an internally developed statistical analysis tool and is expected to last 3-6 months. The position requires strong technical programming ability as well as ongoing user interaction in developing solutions in support of company objectives. You must be a self-starter who can successfully manage projects and priorities to completion. In this position, you will support and enhance a web based statistical analysis tool that was developed with Visual Studio .NET. You must be able to work with users to identify requirements, develop project plans, write design specifications and develop solutions. Expert knowledge with the following applications, platforms, languages and methodologies is required: IIS 6 (Windows 2003 Server) Visual Studio .NET 2005 or 2008 (VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET) SQL Server 2000 or 2005 Object Oriented Programming You must be familiar with basic statistical terminology and techniques. Preference will be given to candidates that have previous experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ChartFX for .NET and the ChartFX Statistical Extension pack would be advantageous. The successful candidate will possess a BS degree or equivalent related experience, and a minimum of four years experience developing applications with Visual Studio .NET.
