- Business Process Modeling: Preferred experience in BPM methodologies and
creating logical models within IBM's Business Process Modeler tool - Advanced -

- IT Education: Must have a 2 year or higher degree in Information Technology -

- Job Experience: Must have worked in an Information Technology technical
position; at least 2 positions held over the 5 years must be as an analyst and
UML modeler - Yes
- Microsoft Visio: Must have experience creating models and diagrams in Visio -
Expert - Yes
- Rational Requisite Pro: Must have experience in managing requirements and
creating traceability in Req Pro - Proficient - Yes
- Rational Software Modeler: Preferred experience creating use case and
