Required Experience:

8-10 years experience defining, shaping and implementing BCP/DR policy and
process within a large multi site global organization
CBCP Certified (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
Experience interacting and advising clients on BCP/DR policy and negotiating
through to desired result
Proven PM (certification a plus) with analysis, implementation, and
negotiating skills
Deep understanding of BCP/DR at both technical and business level
In depth risk assessment and solution management skills – strong problem
solver
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within and outside the
organization, including senior management and technical teams; good
listening and consultative skills
Excellent written and presentation skills, including the ability to clarify
and simplify technical aspects to audiences; keen attention to detail
Comfortable working effectively in a rapid, dynamic changing environment
