This Project provides decision support information to client management, statistical research staff, and statewide service providers. Data is taken from mainframe and server-based OLTP systems (e.g. the CARES system), is transformed via COBOL, PL/SQL, and Informatica, and loaded into Oracle star schema databases. Data is made available to end-users using Business Objects Client/Server and Web OLAP applications. Project duties will be to function as a developer maintaining and enhancing the application using the above-listed tools and techniques, most specifically Informatica, PL/SQL and Business Objects. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with business knowledge of any state experience.
