Job Title : Desktop Support Supervisor/Lead
Location : St. Petersburg, FL.
Duration : 6-9 Months*

*Job Description:
Responsibilities will include involvement in client installations, day to
day asset management, vendor warranty repairs, and participation in projects
to meet local and global initiatives.
The Service Desk/Desktop Support Supervisor/Lead will also manage the
Desktop Support Specialists who p rovide second level desktop support, which
includes centralized problem and service request resolution; appropriate
incident management including documenting journals, calls descriptions and
solutions.
Duties include:
Coordinate desktop system maintenance and support with vendors.
Work closely with the Service Desk and Desktop Engineering to ensure
efficient desktop operations.
Actively seek process improvements to improve efficiencies of desktop
installations and services.
Develop client documentation as required to support end-user computing
requirements.
Develop technical documentation to add to the department knowledgebase to
ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing.
Provide backup to the Service Desk as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Service Desk/Desktop Support Supervisor or Manager experience.
