Job Requirement
- Project Management positions are preferred to be based in CA
(Pleasanton area) and/or NJ.
- The Project Management positions being fulfilled are preferred to
have knowledge of Legacy systems: TRACE, Netmart/PART, ACMS, TIRKS,
ASR, LBI, SOTS or other telecom provisioning systems.
- The position is responsible for managing the entire Tail Migration
Access Maintenance process, which entail circuit opportunity analysis
through the various Legacy applications/systems; direct
external/internal customer contact for confirmation on the access
maintenance initiative; and managing the entire process and functional
team members for tasks involved.
- Those tasks include but not limited to: site survey requests, order
issuance, engineering, provisioning, site work, testing, migration to
new access and ensuring circuit disconnects are completed for the old
access portion.
- Candidates will need to posses excellent communication skills,
writing skills, organization skills, and project management skills
across multiple functional teams.
- The Tail Migration Program is a unit based production environment
that will require the Project Manager to achieve monthly and year-end
deliverables.
- Normal business hours will be 8:00AM-5:00PM for local time zones,
but off hour support may be required on a limited basis, since
migrations are generally performed after business hours during
schedule customer maintenance windows.
