OVERVIEW:
Health Connect's San Francisco Branch is looking for 2 strong QTP engineers
who will be able to help them do browser/OS version validation scripting and
testing on IE and Windows. You have to be strong in QTP because the
calibration that needs to be put into the scrirpts is an advanced skillset,
not just being able to create a script.
The appropriate consultant will be tasked with performing functional
automation testing utilizing HP/Mercury's Quick Test Professional (QTP). The
application is web based (written in Java), resides on a Windows operating
system and the browser being tested is Internet Explorer. Consultant will be
tasked with systems and regression testing of the front end (possibly the
backend as well).
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-5-6 years overall testing
-3 years of HP's Quick Test Pro (QTP)
-1-2 years of deep customization of QTP scripts with VBScript
-2-3 years of testing Web Based Apps
-Good experience with testing the IE Browser
DESIRED SKILLS:
-Ability to write SQL queries. Using a tool such as TOAD should be fine.
