Hope you are doing well, Please do let me know if you have anyone for the below requirement. *Windows Consultant: Active Directory/ Group Policy* *Location: New Jersey * *Duration: 6+months * *Max Rate: $50/hr* * * *Job Description:* * * *Responsibilities: * - Provide strong technical guidance, based on prior experience, to large scale project tasked with analyzing and improving the Windows XP desktop / AD environment across the enterprise. The project will focus on the following areas: Desktop security and controls, Active Directory and group policy, automated software deployment, and login scripts. *Requirements: * -Proven experience with designing, creating, and implementing policy to secure and control the Windows XP desktop environment. -Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, including expert level knowledge and demonstrated experience with all aspects of Windows security implementation at both the AD and desktop level, including Windows group and local policy, OU management, and security group management. -Excellent knowledge and demonstrated experience with large scale, automated, enterprise-level software deployment tools and best practices. -Knowledge of Windows Installer and creating MSI packaging a plus. -In-depth knowledge and understanding of Windows XP registry, services, drivers, file systems, etc. also a plus. -Good knowledge of Windows login scripts (PERL, VB) and other automation tools. -Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills, self motivated and possess ability to multitask.
