Below is the requirement with one of our Clients If you feel any of your consultants are a good match for this position, do respond me with an *updated resume along* with the *best contact details, current location, availability status, and visa status ASAP!!!* ** * * *Change Control Analyst* *Location: St. louis ,MI Duratation: 6 mo Rate: 32 Role Description:* • As a Change Control analyst must understand scope, priority and timeliness to manage quality deliverables that meet WSIT Change process requirements. • Work with the existing Change Control team to lead towards process improvement • First point of contact for change process, build/stage and release knowledge base • Monitor Change Control Process compliance relative to test environments and release readiness *• QA the test and production change* requests for production readiness' required documentation and CM compliance. • Understand Wachovia Enterprise Change Sensitive Periods to assist development teams in scheduling their changes • Conduct assessment of existing change control processes, for continuous improvement. • Manage Change Control internal and user Documentation • Manage and improve metrics for periodic senior leadership reporting (Focused reporting for target audience) *Required Skillset:* • Solid Project management capabilities • Proficiency with SDLC • Understand *Change Management tools* *like Peregrine system* (PICCT) • Understand *MS Sharepoint for Teamsite maintenance* • Excellent written and oral communication skills. This position acts as a conduit between application development system managers and lead technicians/developers. • Ability to learn and understand the requirements and recommended practices. • Working knowledge of Source repository tools, such as *AllFusion Harvest* • Knowledge of *Source Configuration Management processes* (branching / merging, concurrent / parallel development). • Dense understanding of software development change and release management methodology's. • Ability to effectively communicate the SECDM requirements in a logical manner to development teams utilizing tools such as MS Sharepoint.
