It will be an E-Commerce website, so finding people with e-comm/shopping cart experience would be preferable. - They're looking for someone with solid understanding of C# code and the logic behind it. The manager has said that there's no definitive denomination of experience he's looking for. He told me he's hired people with just over a years worth of experience because they truly understood the principals behind it. - I asked him again, and he said that if we focused our search for strong coders within the 2-3 year mark that had good demonstration of ability, that we'd be in the right area. Requirements: .Net / C# experience (Strong coding sense) Visual Studio The company uses SQL Server 2005, but not necessary for job description. Experience with SQL server 05 is a plus.
