JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide the best possible production-capable environment around Excel. It includes application development and deployment for all local development and international ones. Provide the first and second level support for every Java / Python / VB applications Position Responsibilities Understand business requirements of new projects by working with traders and trading support teams. Design and implement software components based on business requirements. Work closely with other internal IT teams to ensure maximum performance of processes. Test to ensure system stability, recoverability. Deliver implemented systems into production. Train first-level support staff in the operation of the systems. Develop technical and support documentation for the systems. Participate in the technical production support rotation. As necessary, obtain the support of technical personnel. Communicate progress and problems to management, estimating work schedules and anticipating and avoiding problems. Stays current with advances in technology in his/her area of expertise and improve knowledge of business lines and market specifics.
