Description The primary responsibilities of Enterprise Systems are to Defining & maintaining Enterprise Systems strategy and architecture Governance framework for the Enterprise Systems project and production support landscape Delivery of Enterprise Systems Projects & Programmes Development and application of CMMi level 3 compliant programme methodologies & tools including the SDLC on behalf of IT&S Management and maintenance of an integrated Enterprise Systems portfolio Management of Enterprise Systems Shared Components Provision of service management and support for applications in the ES portfolio Development, provision and optimisation of project delivery and support capability, Client and third party (Talent) Continuous improvement across the Enterprise Systems Landscape Contract Description ** The Portfolio team is in an initial start-up mode and has some short term deliverables required around Portfolio/ Project reporting. As the team staffs up, this role will assist with the initial rollout of Planview (Portfolio Tool of choice) to a limited user group within the Enterprise System organisation which will be the basis for our Portfolio reporting ** Responsibilities ** Working in conjunction with the PMO Integrated Portfolio Manager, this individual will be responsibilities for: Coordinate the logistics of rolling out to an initial small Planview user group (10-15 users) largely centred on project status updating and generating reports. This includes: Setting up of IDs Developing ES Planview job aids to help users understand how to use the tool and processes Providing training and support Responsible for working with Project Managers and PMO Analysts to successfully utilize the Planview software tool. Reviewing & Coordinating updates in Planview aligned with monthly IT&S ES and Finance portfolio reporting processes and framework Providing regular Reporting and assist in development of reports as needed Deliverables ** ** Develop short term Planview Rollout plan Deliver against agreed commitments to Planview Rollout Weekly status report to Integrated Portfolio Manager ** Experience & Knowledge ** Essential Portfolio Management experience with knowledge or familiarity of Planview Experience of management reporting, ideally on project delivery status Preferred Experience of working in a PMO and of implementing portfolio management processes A project management certification (PMI, Prince 2) Knowledge or familiarity of Crystal Reports and Business Objects. ** Skills/Behaviours ** As this is a start-up organisation, we are seeking someone who is adaptive to change and can manage themselves in an environment where many processes are not yet defined or changing. ** Self-starter can lead initiatives without much oversight ** Be able to work with a diverse set of stakeholders ** ** Any Other Relevant Information ** This role is located full time in our Warrenville, IL. offices.
