Description Our customer in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a contractor for BizTalk Administrator opening. ** A qualified candidate must have Biztalk Clustering, multiple Hosts exp and application deployment. They also need to have a strong background in .Net and COM. This is NOT a developer position, but if you are currently developing and have an interest in an Admin role with a proven record in the past, please apply. ** ** Description of Position: ** The BizTalk Administrator is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the environment, and working closely with system architects and developers to ensure the infrastructure meets the business expectations. ** Must also have the ability to implement, enforces, and adheres to standards. Formulate and monitor policies, procedures and standards relating to database management; propose and implement enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system; Ability to independently investigate, analyze and troubleshoot problems, to determine and provide accurate resolution and root cause. ** Must Haves: ** 2+ years - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 ** 3+ years - Windows Server 2003 ** 2+ years - Microsoft BizTalk 2006 - Minimum 2 years of BizTalk 2006 administration. ** 2+ years - .NET, ASP.NET, COM - Minimum 2 years experience with web-technologies as ASP.NET/Web Services, COM, XML/SOAP, and IIS. ** Degree in computer science or equivalent experience required. ** Excellent verbal/written communication skills. ** ** Preferred but not required: ** Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint a plus.
