The successful candidate must be experienced and innovative in dealing with quality assurance and overseeing testing. The individual will be responsible for Risk Management, overseeing the quality of work done by subject matter experts, ensuring that all tasks and deliverables follow the project management plan and other special assignments.
Major Responsibilities: Risk Management: -Facilitates the risk committee -Sets and distributes the agenda -Makes assignments for DCH-specific risks -Supports risk owners as necessary to help them complete their tasks Quality Assurance: -Work to provide systems and project management expertise that will guide the project through design, development, and implementation. -Assist with project management -Oversee the vendor's processes as assigned -Assist DCH staff in resolving issues, coordinating and facilitating decisions Policy Issue Facilitation: -Engage in knowledge transfer and mentoring of assigned DCH project staff -Help to create and maintain a high performance environment characterized by a strong team orientation Support Testing Effort: -Periodic assessment of testing process -UAT support with DCH BLs Special Assignment: -Track legislation impacting the system Facilitate impact assessment -Present findings as necessary -Advise the Program Director on all aspects of quality and testing for the project and within DCH in general -Perform any and all other duties assigned in furtherance of a successful project Preferred Qualifications: -Project Management certification or experience Please Note: Client requires background check results at time of submission.
