Job Title: Job Description: *** face-to-face interviews for this position.*** This position will provide user support for existing Lotus Notes Applications. The position will review user issues logged in the iHeat data base and utilize problem solving and communication skills with the user to provide a resolution. This job requires a person with support experience, trouble shooting skills, and the abiltiy to work in a Lotus Notes development environment. Communication, excellent people and problem solving skills are a must. Skill Sets Must have at least 3 years experience using Lotus Notes formula language and scripts for version 6.5 or later. Required Qualifications Spanish and iHeat experience are a plus, but not a requirement.
