Details:
We have a need for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) assistance. I've
asked the project manager to write up the work package and included it below.
Project Description
Install SAP's Global Trade Services (GTS) Sanctioned Party Screening
functionality and implement asynchronous Sanctioned Party Screening of
customers, vendors, employees, and banks and report on blocked sanctioned
parties.
Project Deliverables
Development of GTS implementation blueprint
Development and testing of necessary Remote Function Calls (RFC) for import of
vendors, customers, masters, employees, and banks from ECC 6.0 to GTS.
Configuration of GTS sanctioned party screening, including match percentages
Configuration of upload of sanctioned party lists from MK Denial (MK
Technologies)
Reporting of sanctioned parties in Valero master data, without the
corresponding blocking of either the party master data or related documents in
ECC 6.0
Development of functional specifications
Development of necessary business test scenarios and associated test cases
Knowledge transfer to Valero personnel so subsequent configuration, training,
and problem resolution can be independent of external resources, including
step-by-step documentation of technical/configuration procedures.
Propose 'To Be' processes and assist with Fit-Gap analysis
Interfaces Included in the Project Deliverables
·SAP GTS v 7.2 to be able to upload Sanctioned Party List (SPL) from MK Denial
(MK Technologies)
·RFCs between Valero's PRD ECC 6.0 instance and GTS
