- The individual must have *Mainframe TSO* knowledge, Experience
with *COBOL,
CICS (screens, transactions, TS & TD Queues), VSAM files, JCL, and DB2.
* - This position requires a highly motivated individual possessing strong
analytical & technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal
skills, a high level of accountability, and ability to work within a team
environment. The candidate must have the ability to work either
independently or as a team member on complex development, integration, or
software support efforts. The candidate must be willing to follow a
structured development methodology & *Sarbanes-Oxley procedures*, and have
proven strength in the following job related characteristics: judgment,
accountability, sense of urgency, communications, customer focus,
interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, and teamwork.
*PREFERRED SKILLS:*
* - Install/1, Xpediter, Endevor/MVS, Foundation for Cooperative
Processing (FCP), Core Method/1 methodology and 6 Sigma experience.*
