*Job Description:*



   - Deploy CA Service Desk Change Management Component to all Agencies in
   accordance with the VoIP Project timelines.
   - Conduct technical consultant meetings with Agency Business Units to
   ensure all parties understand their roles and responsibilities for the
   implementation.
   - Ensure all Change Management functions are assigned to the appropriate
   Business Units.
   - Conduct business meetings with Agencies to understand their current
   business workflow for Change Management as well as IT Procurements.
   - Ensure that Agency Business Units understand how the CA Service Desk
   Change Management Component works and how it can support their current
   business processes.
   - Provide assistance to Agencies throughout the transition to the
   Automated CA Service Desk Change Management Component.
   - Serves as liaison for all required data collection from Agency
   - Ensures all data collection is provided timely to Application Developer
   and implemented
   - Receives, reviews, and processes incoming correspondence to ensure
   accuracy.
   - Communicates with Agencies and Unit Heads during the project to keep
   all parties informed of statuses, timelines and deliverables.
   - Acts as Project Manager for the Project and is responsible for the
   timely completion.
   - Acts as project contact with all Agencies
   - Acts as recording secretary in internal and external project meetings,
   prepares and distributes minutes and action item summaries.
   - Composes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and
   internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting
   materials, minutes. Material frequently confidential in nature.
   - Travel throughout the State as required





*Preferred Qualification*:



Experience with CA Service Desk v11 Application

Experience with Change Management Process as defined through ITIL v3

Experience with Procurement workflows

Experienced Project Manager

Strong written and oral communication skills
