Responsible for ensuring that the most current and most appropriate technologies are integrated into the organization. Responsible for setting the standards for new software applications. Uses a broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop solutions to problems and critical design issues. Works independently and will advise the work of lower level personnel. Education: BS and 10 + years or equivalent. Works with a long-term perspective in addressing customer problems. Identifies and acts on ways to streamline resources to make things better for the customer. Seeks to add value and looks for the long-term benefits for the customer. When communicating, uses information from a wide variety of impactful sources for the most clear and complete explanation or solution. Comfortable in a high performing/self sustaining cross-functional teams that efficiently use time and resources. Serves as a key information resource regarding market and industry developments. Is highly effective in ability to develop and interpret information in the context of the company's interests.
