MANDATORY Requirements (add additional sheets if necessary): NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION 1 Four or more years experience in the analysis and documentation of project requirements and business processes through coordination of both business and technical staff. 2 Four or more years experience performing business requirements definition using facilitated requirements gathering and / or Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions. 3 Four or more years experience and demonstrated proficiency in desktop tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. No travel is anticipated. Services are to be performed at the DOH site at the Empire State Plaza - Corning Tower, Albany, NY. DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance: (add additional sheets if necessary): 1. Four or more years experience performing business requirements definition following a defined methodology for large systems development projects. 2. Four or more years experience in business process mapping, including but not limited to preparing logical design documents, business process models, use case development, activity flow diagrams, and process descriptions. 3. Four or more years experience performing data analysis associated with requirements analysis including but not limited to data mapping, data modeling, and the development of data usage tables and entity relationship diagrams. 4. Four or more years experience in design and review of test cases for system development projects. 5. Four or more years experience developing system documentation and user manuals. 6. Four or more years experience developing training materials related to systems and process implementation. 7. Knowledge and working experience with the Serena Software toolset - Composer, Dimensions and TeamTrack products.
