The Business Analyst role is a multi-faceted role which includes all aspects
of the requirements gathering and documentation process. It also includes
various aspects of software testing.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Identifying, researching, developing and documenting detail
business requirements
Work with the core development team to ensure the business requirements are
understood and incorporated into the software development project
Design, execute, and validate test cases based upon business requirements
Provide defect testing and create detailed defect documentation during the
test execution phase

technical and business sides)
Excellent organization skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be able to work independently, manage time wisely, and
correctly set priorities
