Ability to handle multiple projects and directives, and work in a fast-paced, highly integrated and systemic work environment. Demonstrated understanding of project management, project planning and risk mitigation. Proven leadership skill sets (ability to lead matrixed resources, crossing many groups and organizations). Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work cooperatively with peer managers to achieve common business goals. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and a comfort level in communicating with individuals and groups. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience interacting with many organizational levels across technical and business groups. Proven communication and facilitation skills and the ability to influence parties with diverse interests. Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have proficiency with the Microsoft Suite tools for projects. Experience in developing test plans, test cases (manual and automated), test procedures, test scripts, and expected results. Proven ability to understand complex test environments and configurations, and manage testing efforts from planning through execution. Ability to develop and implement best practices and procedures in a complex and high-volume environment. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent testing efforts and code streams. Preferred: 4+ years experience with web applications, J2EE, Oracle databases Experience in mortgage banking industry. Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and metrics for testing. Experience in knowledge-based/rule-based systems using commercial knowledge-based systems environments. Experience with web applications, J2EE, Oracle databases. Prior programming experience.
