*Qualifications:*
* 1. Minimum of 8 years experience in overseeing medium to large scaled
projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables.*
*2. Coordinated and delegated assignments for the employee/consultant
project staff.*
*3. Had overall responsibility for project status, meetings, reporting
requirements, scope changes/extensions, and financial, administrative, and
technical issues and concerns.*
*4. Experience in projects related to performance management,
organizational strategy, and productivity are required.*
*Responsibilities Include:*
1. Develop strategies, implementation plans and business processes that
achieve financial savings, greater productivity outputs and increased user
satisfaction using baseline financial and organizational resources.
Particular emphasis should be placed on delivering innovative and proactive
solutions. Special focus should be placed on analyzing existing processes,
IT systems and IT tools.
2. Perform comprehensive organizational reviews and deliver strategies and
plans to align people, business groups and enterprise (system-wide) goals
and objectives. Analysis of each business group must include review of core
strategies, functions, competencies and capabilities.
3. Provide comprehensive performance management strategies, plans and
processes that will achieve financial savings, leverage existing resources
more effectively, improve employee morale and client satisfaction. Must
include the development and implementation of data driven performance and
management metric systems. To best maximize the outcomes of these metrics,
detailed coaching methodologies should be developed to:
- Address resolution of specific performance issues,
- Improve productivity, employee morale, better output, and clearer
focus, and
- Better ability to adapt to change
4. Utilizing existing Information Technology (IT) tools and cost
conscious off-the-
shelf solutions, design effective training systems and/or programs.
Should include a
review of what measurement tools and metrics may already be in place.
