Demonstrated experience in utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP) project methodology. Demonstrated experience and knowledge with the project management process; coordinating, planning and executing through all phases of a project Demonstrated experience in successfully acting as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams to drive development of scope and business requirements to meet the strategic goals of the business. Proven experience in developing and presenting proposals to senior management Strong skills in successfully interacting with QA and UAT teams and environments, including developing detailed test and implementation plans Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful project teams and partnerships with business and technical groups. Demonstrated vendor management experience. Preferred Skills PMI Certification Experience deploying applications to call center operations Experience documenting business process flows Prior experience working with technology teams to implement internet application Bank and/or Fraud Industry knowledge and Online Banking/Bill Pay. Knowledge of the Bank's processing systems including WIB, WEB, APS, CIV, SIMS.
