Position: Tester Location: Lyon Meadows, MI Duration: 6 Months Rational Performance Tester or ROBOT, Functional Tester, and QA Rational Suite, and Rational Clear Quest Job Description: the Performance Test specialist will be responsible for planning, designing and executing performance test efforts. The specialist will be actively involved in recording, debugging and implementing performance test efforts. In addition, the test performance specialist will be involved in the review of requirements, test cases, and other project artifacts. Responsibilities Develop performance plans and strategies Review requirements and define performance scenarios Recording an debug scripts using Rational Tools Create Performance Reports Effectively communicate performance issues and provide Support test lead by identify risks and to develop mitigation strategies Required Experience 3 -5 years experience in planning and implementing performance test efforts. 2 - 3 years of experience with Rational Performance Tester or ROBOT. 2 -3 years of experience with Rational Functional Tester. Experience with data driven automation techniques. Practical knowledge and experience in all phases of software QA.
