Must Have Skills:
Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Retail Domain.
At least one ecommerce experience immediately.
Anchoring and driving the requirement management sessions, prioritizing
the requirements
§ Industry experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing with
some background in IT.
§ Very good experience in gathering requirements from multiple business
users.
§ Experience in writing and reviewing use-cases (and functional
specification document), non-functional requirements
§ Strong experience in articulating the business process understanding of
systems
§ Good exposure to Retail domain
§ Very good client-facing skills and relationship management skills
Desired Skills:
Exposure to either ATG/IBM Websphere Commerce/Blue Martini
