Position Description: IMS Approval Tracking Number: NC-1408 *Technical Lead Business Intelligence Project Manager* Responsibilities Directly accountable / responsible for successful project deployment of Business Intelligence technology & process engagements Participate/lead the documentation of best practices, operations, procedures, process and policies which assure consistent delivery to business partners. Lead migration projects, upgrades and other infrastructure business intelligence related projects Provide hands-on leadership & direction to the team as well as manages business partner relationships heavily involved in business case development, requirements gathering, and business intelligence project & performance measurement Ensure timely action to resolve and mitigate business partners concerns, examples include: development of corrective action plans (CAP), problem resolution by securing appropriate resources and SMEs, detailed root cause analysis, etc. Note: This is a hands-on project management consulting delivery role. Qualification: 7+ years experience in Enterprise Project Management for Technology based projects; coupled with 5+ years experience Project Management of successful business intelligence / data analytics projects (high preference on Enterprise Business Intelligence projects with technology/process initiatives) Expertise in data warehouse and business intelligence concepts including but not limited to: o Understanding of BI Tools including Cognos, Business Objects, SAS o Understanding of Oracle and ETL Informatica and Abinitio o Data warehouse Architecture and Performance o Information Strategy Excellent business requirements gathering skills Understanding of managed services, capacity planning, performance management, disaster recovery and backup Bachelor's Degree Excellent communication skills both oral and written Ability to be solution oriented and to proactively manage projects and internal client/business partner expectations Ability to shift priorities and multi-task *Preferred* - PMP - At least 5 years experience in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities ? 7+ years of Operations experience -- Thanks & Regards, Rudhra | Cigniti Inc.
