Location: Bothell, WA Duration: 3-6 months with possible extensions Qualifications: Database Experience Attention to Detail Strong Analytical Skills Strong Planning / Scheduling Skills Creative/Intuitive/Motivated Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Wireless Network Knowledge Call Detail Record Knowledge Cellular Billing Knowledge Responsibilities: Perform Business/Functional analyst duties within the IT/Billing Organization supporting Cingular internal billing/usage module. The primary function of the Usage Module is to translate Usage records from the Mediation Platform to the internal billing format and data. Employee will provide Subject Matter Expertise in the mapping of call detail record processing for each switch type or element to our internal billing format. Work with other IT/Billing teams, cross functional IT Teams, and 3rd Party Billing Vendor to fully analyze, develop and document business requirements in order to troubleshoot billing errors. Work productively in an environment where job requirements, technical knowledge, approaches and priorities change rapidly. Independently handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously and be able to prioritize those tasks. Coordinate efforts with Mediation Tech Support and Dev to correct call event usage errors that have been caused by incorrect billing. Required Skills Exp (Mos.)
