The Oracle Apps Support Financials Specialist will create reports and work with the development team to design, develop, test and rollout new functionality, custom interfaces, conversions, and reports where required. Additionally, this position will provide production support for Oracle Financials. The IT Associate must have Oracle 11i experience with an emphasis on General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and iExpense. Primary Duties / Responsibilities: ** Work closely with business counterparts to understand and document business requirements and to gain a thorough understanding of the business processes. ** Design, configure and test the implementation of Oracle Financials for a phased global rollout. ** Prepare fit-gap analysis and functional specifications for requested enhancements based upon detailed understanding of Oracle software, process best practices, and client requirements.
