Duration :-1 Year *Job Description:* Perform data analysis using the Threat Management platform, Security Information Platform (SIM) tools and database queries. Security data analyst will serve as a SME to Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff. Responsibilities include the development and testing of security alarms based on various data sources which feed the Security Information Management platform. This includes the development of alarm logic within the SIM platform as well as creating database queries to generate alarms. Develop alarming strategy for new feeds to the Threat Management platform. Develop tools (queries, reports, etc.) to simplify the analysis function and support the work done by analysts, Situational Awareness Teams and Global Response Teams. Identify opportunities to improve alarming strategy for existing feeds.
