The worker will provide input into the systems development estimates and conceptual designs. Once consensus is reached on the scope and approach, the worker will serve as the technical lead for the project as it proceeds. 8 years Experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs to formulate technical solutions that address business requirements. 8 years Experience preparing technical estimates for small to medium sized initiatives. 8 Experience directing and coordinating work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
