*Job Title:Sr. Mainframe Developer (min 7 yrs experience) Location:Washington, DC Duration:6+ months * *Rate: $45** /hr **Skills:** Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing application software, providing support for existing and new business systems applications. This resource must have strong analytical skills and be able to ramp up quickly. Ability to work with little or no supervision and is self motivated. Will be working under supervision of a Corporate Systems Supervisor and will perform coding on IBM mainframe and other platforms as required. Candidate must have current CICS experience with a minimum of 7 - 15 years of IBM Mainframe experience is required. Experienced coding in COBOL, JCL and Syncsort is also required. This resource will perform day-to-day support of the following Core Applications; General Ledger, MTM metrics, CheckWriter, Bank Reconciliation, 1099 processing, Oracle Financials and RICS (Refund) applications (other applications where required). The resources should have basic accounting knowledge and be capable of understanding accounting principles, rules and processes. Prior experience with supporting Financial applications is preferred. Must be able to work directly with customers to gather and finalize requirements. This position also requires the candidate to have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a highly productive and motivated team environment.
