Needed candidate who are US Citizens with a Top Secret Clearance and SCI Interview will be Telephonic + Face to Face and a some coding questions they will need to answer. Software developers in the Springfield VA area. Below you will see what I'm needing. I am looking to fill 2 full-time software engineer positions in the Springfield VA area: System Engineer III System Engineer II Systems/Software Engineer III (TS/SCI mandatory) Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years education and/or technical experience in the analysis and establishment of system or software information requirements and design specifications using methodologies for the development of prototype and/or large-scale software-based information processing systems. Experienced in Java and/or C++ with extensive knowledge of computer systems, computer hardware, high-level software languages, and database management systems. Functional Responsibility: Responsible for: 1) analyzing system information requirements and design specification, 2) designing the system architecture, 3) analyzing and developing corrective actions for problems of workloads, organization and planning, 4) preparing required systems documentation including project plans, interface documents, program level and user level documentation, 5) enhancing system design to improve performance and better satisfy customer requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other scientific or technical discipline directly related to the labor category + ten (10) years relevant experience, OR Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other scientific or technical discipline directly related to the labor category + twelve (12) years relevant experience, OR Relevant military training and/or three (3) years relevant military experience + an additional eleven (11) years of relevant military and/or commercial experience, OR Fourteen (14) years relevant experience. Systems/Software Engineer II (TS/SCI mandatory) Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of five (5) years education and/or technical experience in the analysis and establishment of system information requirements and design specifications using methodologies for the development of prototype and/or large-scale software-based information processing systems.
