Minimum 10 years in following skills: • Management of all phases of large projects with special emphasis on strategic initiatives. • Ability to research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution • Ability to develop time estimates for project schedules • Ability to produce professional reports and present to senior-level executives • Quantitative, analytical, and problem solving capabilities • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • MS Project • Requirements Gathering and Documentation • Use Case Creation • Ability to serve as a communications liaison between the business Customer and the technology Teams. Non Tech Skills • Minimum of 10 years experience and all the following skills: • Minimum level of education: B.S. Degree, B.A. Degree or B.B.A Degree • Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines • Outstanding attention to detail and high personal quality expectations • Experience working through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with program management and interpersonal communication abilities • Ability to work well with Customers at all levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership). • Ability and willingness to mentor others • Demonstrated ability to work within an established timeframe to complete tasks • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work well in a Team environment Job Responsibilities: • Project Management: • Provide Leadership as a communications liaison between the business Customer and the technology development and support groups. • Develop time estimates for project schedules, monitor progress and provide accurate and timely reports. • Plan and manage project activities within allocated resources. • Manage resolution of problems and escalate as required. • Work across projects to synchronize data analysis efforts and deliverables. • Negotiate and manage team relationships at project level. • Support the organization's project management policy, practice, and methodology.
