Work Location: - Bothell WA Qualifications: Required Skills: o Demonstrated ability to perform problem solving, troubleshooting, and identify root cause and resolution. o Three or more years of UNIX experience. . o 1 or more years Tibco and / or WebLogic Administration experience o Significant experience with customer support o Unix shell scripting and/or perl scripting and ability to write and execute PL/SQL (Demonstrated ability to write stored procedures is a plus.) o Strong analytical and thinking skills o The demonstrated ability and commitment to work both as an individual and as a member of a team to support customers o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Strong technical writing skills o Desired Skills: o Unix Kernel configurations, C++ or other programming, Java, Servlet, XML, JSP, RMI, EJB, JMS and/or Linux, project management, SDLC and an understanding of RDBMS (Oracle) o Telephony background Responsibilities: Role of the Technical Architect is to build and maintain non-production application environments. Candidate will work with enterprise wide applications and personnel as well as other team members to establish and maintain high availability of test environments in a challenging, fast paced atmosphere. A successful candidate will be a member of a team responsible for team deliverables and meeting specified milestones and doing knowledge transfer / training for other personnel. Candidate will be required to build environments to specifications, set up and modify configurations, install kits, perform advanced troubleshooting and provide root cause analysis, and write shell scripts and SQL queries. A successful candidate will also be able to follow, maintain, document, and help establish standard processes to ensure repeatability. This job requires the ability to work as needed to meet software release deadlines. Please provide the best candidates with rates.
