This is for a 6 month project in northbrook, IL. For Caremark. I need a Sr
person that is very good with EDI. If the candidate is not local, I need
them to be able to come for a face to face interview. Thank you fop your

Experience in working on large integrations projects consisting of several
systems running on various platforms using custom and/or home-grown
applications; business process assessment and analysis; gap analysis,
requirements gathering; writing business and technical requirements, systems
design and development experience; develop test plans and scripts for UNIT
/SIT/UAT and regression testing; trading partner management, EDI mapping;
the ability to work with various levels of staff from the business and/or
technical areas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Specific skills include:
GIS Application Installation, Configuration, Development, Maintenance and
Documentation Well versed in Business Process Modeling Language (BPML), XML,
JAVA, XPath,XSLT, Data Mapping and Trading Partner management Expert level
of ANSI X12 EDI and HIPAA standards, NCPDP 5.1 a plus GIS Queue Management
and Performance tuning Database Management System: Oracle, SQL Server and
LWJDBC calls Working experience in communication protocol in HTTP, HTTPS,
FTP, SFTP and AS2
Experience with SAP and IDOC Creation including SAP Adapter in GIS Optimize
GIS efficiency in process improvement Cobol Programming experience a plus
Manage and deliver tasks on timely manner in order to meet Service Level Ag
reements (SLA) Ability to utilize GIS to Provide Error Notifications and
other forms of notifications of events Ability to Analyze Requirements, Make
Recommendations and Perform System De= sign to meet Custom Solutions
Experience in large scale integration efforts into GIS preferred Microsoft
Project and PM Experience a plus Team oriented individual with positive and
professional attitude and appear= ce
Position Summary
The Sr Application Development Technical Lead is proficient in all =
critical functions for the application(s) assigned, and is expected to
champion SDLC methods and best practices on the team to ensure quality
standard= s are met. Responsible for the design/redesign, development and
implementation of technical solutions, incorporating peripheral knowledge of
other internal applications and related technologies in the analysis and
design. Adhere to established methodologies, standards and guidelines.
Duties
'Responsible to work independently or participate in small to
mid-size projects completing complex work requests under minimal guidance.
Accountable to formulate/define system scope and objectives for deliverables
ensuring established timelines and cost estimates are maintained. Provide
ongoing production support and maintenance as assigned, which may include
rotational 24x7 on-call support or code implementation efforts. Effectively
present information and respond to questions either one-on-one or to groups,
including formal presentations and regular status to management and business
= partners. Share technical and business expertise with other team members
an= d business partners. Work to understand business, functional and
technical = issues to effectively apply technical solutions. Devise or
modify procedure= s to solve complex problems considering computer equipment
capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. Participate
in internal quality assurance review and post implementation support and
system enhancement= s. Additionally, faciliate meetings with both technical
and business audiences, often across multiple functional departments. May
instruct, direct and check the work of other staff assigned to the project.
Identify areas for = improvement, present recommendations and champion
changes. Keep apprised on industry best practices. Play lead role as needed
in technically complex phases of projects/initiatives, take accountability
for technical quality an= d workability of solutions. Transfer knowledge to
team members through counseling and consultation; assist in performance
review process by providing = feedback on technical ability at end of each
project. Share expertise throughout organization educating through formal or
informal means (e.g., by presenting at brown bag lunches). Serve as R&D
virtual team member to research, recommend and drive implementation of new
technologies.'
Experience
At least 6 or more years of relevant application development experience in =
referenced skill sets. Demonstrated successful completion of several medium=
to large-scale projects with proficiency working on all phases of SDLC. So=
lid knowledge of and experience with problem determination and resolution
through research and fact-finding. Clear and concise communication and
presentation skills are required to facilitate meetings with both technical
and = business audiences, often across multiple functional departments.
Experience in leading technical aspects of a project effectively. Experience
managing customer requirements or demands.
