This individual will work closely with IT, Testing, Quality Assurance, Training, Future Users, and Business Experts to create training materials and assist in training delivery. In addition this position will require the coordination of activities leading up to the implementation as directed. *Reports To*: Contact Center Strategy Training Lead/Supervisor *Responsibilities*: § Assist in the development of training curriculum for the CRM system tailored to specific skill sets § Develop course materials including, Instructor PowerPoint slides as outlines for course content presentation; Quick Reference Guides (1-2 page instruction summary); Quick Tour Demo for online delivery before and after training implementation as; Case studies for hands-on exercises and solutions tailored to UMG business processes § Assist in classroom presentations and/or exercise mentoring § Maintain business process documentation detailing the anticipated integration of the CRM system into the Member Services Call Centers and Business Partners § Report weekly to manager on project status and issues § Communicate with IT team members and user groups as required § Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities *Proficiencies:* *Skills Profile* *Experience/Knowledge* *Education/Other* Excellent skills in designing course content Excellent skills in developing instructor-led class materials Excellent skills in developing job aids such as quick reference sheets and online quick tour demos Excellent skills in designing/ developing online case studies and solutions Excellent interview and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to communicate with clients, developers, contractors, software vendors and all levels of management Required: Experience in independently learning new software systems Extensive experience developing training courses and course materials Experience in group training for new software systems Experience in process and procedures documentation Experience in self-managing time and tasks to milestone deliverable deadlines Advanced with MS Word Advanced with MS PowerPoint Advanced with MS Excel Intermediate with MS Visio Intermediate with MS Project Beginner to Intermediate with Adobe Standard, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Tech Smith Snag-It Minimum 4 years business or technical degree Or Minimum 6 years relevant work experience -- Thanks and Regards, Prabhu K.
